Yes, yes, yes! Excellent reminder! I teach this to my clients (I'm a therapist) and I practice it daily, myself! I quite literally choose, every, single day, and yes, sometimes multiple times, how to feel.

Your breathing and mind control where the missing puzzle peace to reproduce happyness, to be honest my life is amazing, nontheless my circumstances are typical just the way I handle them is magnitudes more funktional and positive.

@benni.lnz

We needed you in our teenage, manopause, menopause years as our teacher. Where have you been all along. You are so entertaining with the smile in your voice and your thoughts about how to take care of ourselves is totally amazing.

I'm working on the 60-90 seconds. Breathing, and specifically counting to try and stay in the present. The past is my biggest nemesis.

One of the best posts on Instagram ever! I've heard that to be genius at something is when you can state a lot of knowledge into a simple statement, action or thought. I clearly think you did it on this post.

Does this sound like you?

  • You've tried meditation apps, and they don't stick
  • You've been in therapy, and you're still in a rut
  • You've read the books, and the tools are gone by the time you need them
  • You feel anxious even when nothing's technically wrong
  • You're tired of advice that sounds good but doesn't land
